He did an incredible job helping us search for houses and ultimately guiding us toward the decision to build new construction--while my wife and I were living out of state. That alone says a lot. Cory was always available for questions, incredibly responsive, and proactive at every stage of the process. He kept us informed, advocated for us, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable from afar. On top of that, he connected us with the right mortgage company and helped us secure the lowest rate available, which made a huge difference. Working with Cory has been nothing short of excellent. Knowledge of who to contact and how to streamline the process of working with a title company made this transaction very simple. Not only is he readily available at the drop of a hat, but will even go out of his way to make calls on my behalf after hours. Seeing as though this sale was my late grandmother's property where I grew up my entire childhood, it was very sentimental to my family. Cory was more than just a realtor through the process. He was a compassionate friend as well. Cory will absolutely be helping my family buy and sell houses as long as he is in business!
